I am so excited today!! We have a renter for our house!!! WOOHOO!! Finally! It will be so nice to have someone in there and not have to worry about it. Of course we want someone to just buy it....however it is nice to have someone in there paying us!! The renter is going to paint and re-do our hardwood floors too! But in return he is only going to pay $700 a month plus all the utilities! However getting $700 a month will be REALLY nice....then we only have to pay less than $200 a month instead of like $1,100 when everything is said and done!! Anywho....just thought I would share the good news! :0)
